I rarely start with the tool. I start with the specific task or problem.
Which process is currently costing time or reducing quality? Where is knowledge scattered? Which manual steps are slowing down the work? Technology only becomes useful once this starting point is clear.
I turn fragmented Office processes and spreadsheets into clear digital work systems. My focus is on a practical forward-deployed approach: I analyze processes, examine data logic, and build rapid low-code prototypes and MVPs that demonstrate their value in day-to-day work immediately.
Why AI Interests Me
For me, AI is primarily a tool for improving how information is processed. Its real value only emerges when people know how to integrate it into their routines safely and effectively.
This is why I always combine AI with process logic, data quality, clear responsibilities, and practical enablement. I ensure a structured handover so that organizations can operate the solutions independently over the long term.
