I connect technology, structure and clarity
I am Arjan Leuschner, a computer scientist, AI consultant and developer of digital work solutions based in Solingen, Germany.
My professional background sits at the intersection of technology, process design, communication and practical implementation. I studied Industrial Computer Science and spent many years working in a large industrial company, helping make complex workflows more understandable, usable and manageable.
Today, I support companies, organizations and educational institutions in integrating AI and digital tools into everyday work in a practical and meaningful way.
My work is guided by one central question:
Where does technology genuinely help, and what needs to change in the way people work so that it creates real impact?
My focus
Many AI projects start with the tool.
I start with the work that currently slows people down.
My workshops and consulting formats focus on real tasks, real friction and concrete next steps. Typical topics include meetings, emails, file structures, decision paths, knowledge loss, manual routines and unclear processes.
I work with teams on situations they already know from daily operations. From there, we develop understandable AI applications, improved workflows, clear operating principles and solutions that remain practical in real working environments.
What shapes my expertise
My background combines Industrial Computer Science and experience in the automotive industry with a strong ability to explain technical topics in a creative and understandable way.
My work combines:
AI consulting and prompt systems
Process analysis and digital workflow design
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps and automation
Data analysis and structured decision support
Training, facilitation and didactic communication
Prototyping, web applications and digital solution concepts
Privacy-oriented thinking and responsible AI usage
This combination matters. AI only becomes effective when technology, processes, responsibility and day-to-day work fit together.
Experience across industry, education and practice
I have worked with international teams in industrial environments and developed AI formats for departments, managers and employees.
In most cases, the challenge was never excitement about new tools alone. The real question was how people could work more safely, efficiently and clearly with increasingly complex information.
In parallel, I develop AI learning formats for very different target groups, including beginners, senior citizens, teenagers, children, educational providers and social organizations.
This gives me experience with both sides:
The operational realities of large organizations
The uncertainty many people feel when trying to understand and evaluate AI
This combination strongly shapes my consulting approach.
My approach
I work in a calm, structured and outcome-oriented way.
Every project starts with clarification:
Which task currently costs time, quality or attention?
Which information is missing, fragmented or lost?
Which AI support is realistic?
Which risks need to be clarified?
What can be tested immediately?
What needs proper long-term integration?
The result is not an abstract AI strategy document.
The result is a concrete next step that people can understand and actually use.
AI Reality Lab and Impact Day
With the AI Reality Lab, I developed a format that helps organizations identify the gap between introduced technology and actual day-to-day working reality.
The guiding question is:
Would someone from 2019 recognize that your organization is already working in the AI era?
The Impact Day format becomes even more practical. We take a real task, measure the current effort, build a better AI-supported solution and evaluate whether measurable value is actually created.
The core principle of my method:
Real task × proof × integration = lasting impact
What I stand for
I stand for AI consulting that is understandable, responsible and practically effective.
Technology should not create additional overload.
It should make work clearer, preserve usable knowledge and improve decision-making.
That is why I focus especially on:
Clear communication
Concrete tasks
Measurable value
Secure and responsible usage
Realistic implementation
Human acceptance
Clear accountability
Short profile
Arjan Leuschner is a computer scientist, AI consultant and developer of digital work solutions based in Solingen, Germany. He combines technical expertise, process analysis, training experience and practical implementation. His focus lies in making AI useful for real work tasks, demonstrating measurable impact and integrating digital solutions responsibly into everyday operations.
Clarify Direction
When AI is already in use, but direction, priorities, and next steps are missing.
Empower Teams
When people need to use AI more safely, understandably, and practically in their daily work.
Make Processes Visible
When manual steps, email loops, scattered knowledge, or unclear handovers slow down work.
Secure Responsibility
When data, quality, approvals, or review steps need to be clarified cleanly and early.
