Arjan Leuschner

About

I connect technology, structure and clarity

I work directly with departments, teams, and organizations to transform established workflows, spreadsheets, documents, and knowledge bases into clear digital routines.

My focus is at the intersection of business departments, data, AI, and practical implementation. I analyze processes, audit data logic, develop AI-supported workflows, and build low-code prototypes (MVPs) that are understandable, usable, and ready for handover.

My Background

I hold a degree in Industrial Computer Science and have been working at the intersection of digitalization, process design, and practical implementation since 2007.

My Approach

I rarely start with the tool. I start with the specific task.

Which process is currently costing time or quality? Where is knowledge scattered? Which manual steps are slowing down the work? Only when this baseline is clear does technology make sense.

I turn scattered office processes and spreadsheets into a clear digital work system. My focus lies on a practical "Forward Deployed" approach: I analyze processes, audit data logic, and build rapid low-code prototypes (MVPs) that immediately prove their value in daily operations.

Why AI matters to me

To me, AI is primarily a tool for better information processing. However, real value is only created when people know how to integrate AI securely and effectively into their routines.

That is why I always combine AI with process logic, data quality, role clarity, and practical empowerment. I ensure a clean handover so that organizations can independently operate the developed solutions long-term. For highly complex software development, deep enterprise integration, or extensive change management, I collaborate with experienced partners to prevent unnecessary technical overhead.

What I stand for

  • Clear language and clean analysis

  • Understanding processes before introducing tools

  • Usable AI workflows and low-code prototyping

  • Solutions that measurably relieve everyday work

  • Empowerment and actionable handover instead of permanent dependency

Next sensible step

What we can concretely start with

Depending on the starting point, the initial focus may be on clarity, empowerment, process efficiency or confident use. The first step should be small enough to enable swift action, yet concrete enough to demonstrate real benefits.
