Retaining practical know-how

In conversations with your employees, we capture important working steps, decisions and exceptions. Existing documents are included and the content is reviewed by your experts. You receive a handover pack for the agreed area of work. Together we test with a suitable case whether the person covering the role can find and understand the information.

Clarifying workflows

We work through a concrete case with the people involved. We look at responsibilities, information, the systems used and the handovers between working steps. You receive an overview of the workflow, clarified open questions and a reasoned proposal for the next improvement.

Reviewing important documents

I bring relevant content together from existing sources, make contradictions visible and record which statements still need checking. Focused research can be added. You receive a traceable basis for work or decisions. The sources and the status of the information stay visible.

How we work together

Each format stands on its own. Scope, contribution, result and price are agreed before we start.

Three-hour session

A short visit, and afterwards there is something finished on the table. I prepare the session, we work on a specific case on site for three hours, and you receive a finished working document with one round of corrections.

Reality check

We test whether someone else can manage with the documents. A person covering the task works through an agreed case with them. We record follow-up questions and gaps and fill them in afterwards.

Impact day

A day with the team on real tasks. We try out the results, look together at what has changed and choose the next improvement.

Quarterly process capture

Several small steps instead of one big project. In three to five sessions per quarter we capture further workflows. Along the way, your team learns to prepare itself with approved AI tools.

Knowledge base upkeep

What has been written down stays up to date. We add new cases and changed workflows at agreed intervals.

Building digital solutions

Where an application or automation helps, I also take on the technical implementation within the agreed scope. I work with Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, web technologies and databases, among other tools.

We decide in advance whether the result is a concept, a testable prototype or an application ready for production use. Operating requirements and larger integrations are settled with your IT.

I support employees in using approved AI tools. They learn to choose suitable tasks, write clear instructions and check the results. Scope and exercises depend on their prior experience.
