How do we best get started?
With a short conversation about your situation. It makes clear whether orientation, training, a process analysis, or a first prototype is the most sensible entry point. The talk is non-binding.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format and scope. Many entry points are small and clearly defined, such as an orientation call or a compact package. Larger projects get a transparent offer with a fixed scope. I am happy to share prices directly in the conversation.
Are we too small or too large for this?
Both fit. I work with single teams as well as entire organisations. What matters is a concrete task that costs time or quality today, regardless of size.
Can we even use AI in a privacy-compliant way?
In most cases yes, when the rules are clear. I clarify with you which data is allowed, who checks results, and when an approval is needed. Sensitive data is only used once the framework is set.
Do we need technical background knowledge?
No. I explain things clearly and work on your real tasks. My focus is that people apply AI safely, not that they study technology.
Is the EU AI Act relevant for us?
For almost all organisations in the EU, yes. I help you place the requirements pragmatically, without it turning into a large project.
Do you work on-site or online?
Both. In the Rhineland gladly in person, nationwide reliably online via whiteboard and video call.
