My name is Arjan Leuschner. I am a Diplom-Ingenieur in industrial computer science and work from Solingen, Germany. I support projects on site in the Bergisches Land region, including Solingen, Wuppertal and Remscheid, as well as in Düsseldorf, Cologne and beyond. Much of the work can be combined with online sessions.
What happens on site
Process knowledge is best captured where the work happens. I talk to the people who carry out a task, look at the files, templates and systems they use at their workplace and work through concrete cases with them.
Conversations with several people often work best in one room. Writing up, follow-up questions and expert review usually continue online. This keeps the effort for your team manageable.
How I can help
Conversations with your employees capture practical know-how for an upcoming handover. When a workflow is getting stuck, we clarify responsibilities and the information needed. Scattered documents become a traceable working reference.
Where a digital solution helps, I build a prototype, an automation or a small application, for example with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform. Practical AI training can complement the work where appropriate. The technology depends on the task and the tools approved within your organisation.
A concrete starting point
An experienced colleague will be less available. The same person always has to complete a recurring report. Or a colleague providing cover cannot find the right documents. These are situations we can define and work through together.
Support for different organisations
The services are intended for businesses, manufacturers, public and municipal organisations such as local authorities and municipal utilities, social organisations and education teams. What matters is a defined area of work and material that others will be able to use.
German and English support is available for teams working in either language.

Do you come to us for conversations and process mapping?
Yes. In the Bergisches Land region and around Düsseldorf and Cologne, I am happy to work on site, especially when we map workflows at the workplace or bring several people together. Other locations are possible by arrangement.
Can we work entirely online?
Yes. Conversations, writing up and review can all take place online. A mix often works well: starting on site and continuing online.
Do you work with public administration and municipal utilities?
Yes. The approach also suits public and municipal organisations, for example when an annual cycle, coordination between departments or rare exceptions are only mastered by a few people.
