I am based in Solingen. Appointments across North Rhine-Westphalia are easy for me to reach and can often be arranged at short notice. Many consulting, analysis and training formats also work very well online. For larger workshops, training series, team days or project formats I am available on site across Germany, where the goal, the scope and the travel involved make sense together.

Many places in NRW are within easy reach of Solingen. On-site appointments are particularly useful for team work, joint process analysis, workshops, leadership formats, or a compact Impact Day. Individual or recurring follow-up sessions can make sense too.
Online, across Germany
Many formats — from a first process analysis to interactive AI training — work well digitally. Using video conferencing and structured working material, we collaborate independently of location, efficiently and transparently.
On site, across Germany
For a larger scope of work, several participants, or a clear workshop or project goal, an on-site appointment anywhere in Germany can be worthwhile. That applies especially to team days, training series, strategy formats or multi-day project phases.
Travel time, journey and any overnight stay are agreed transparently in advance. What matters is whether meeting in person adds recognisable value for your goal.
